Spiel Essen 2023

This year, Spiel celebrated its 40th birthday in Essen, and it was also the first year under the management of Carol Rapp. An interesting change this year was the new hall concept, which ensured a better distribution of the more than 190000 visitors. This year we were in charge of the Hunter & Friends stand, where we had backpacks, games, board game accessories and a small competition.

The fair is a highlight in the calendar of all board game enthusiasts. It is not only the place to discover the latest games, but also an opportunity to meet like-minded people and have fun.

Planet Unknown was the winner of the German Games Award. Congratulations to the authors Ryan Lambert and Adam Rehberg and Strohmann Games!
